This was done from life. It is of my friend and author Phil Brucatto. He was sitting near a lamp in a relatively dark room. He is a contemplative person by nature and the lighting and pose so perfectly reflected that.

This piece is matted and framed with ArtCare acid free mat board and UV resistant glass which are included in the price.

Although this is a piece from 2004, I am only now placing it for sale. I love the piece, but I have a tendency to get attached to certain works so rather than sell them I keep them for a little while first.
